В статье приводится обзор научно-практической конференции «Основные тенденции развития российского финансового права», состоявшейся 8 апреля 2016 г. в рамках III Московского юридического форума и X Международной научно-практической конференции (Кутафинских чтений). Отражены основные доклады участников конференции, которые касались разных направлений развития финансового права в современных условиях.
The article provides an overview of the round table discussion "The banking system and the banking services market in the new economic environment", held as part of III Moscow Legal Forum and the X International Scientific and Practical Conference "Kutafin Readings."
