В статье анализируются вопросы правового регулирования участия граждан в охране общественного порядка на муниципальном уровне. Авторы рассматривают как федеральное законодательство, так и законодательство Саратовской области в этой сфере. Хотя в целом правовое регулирование участия граждан в охране общественного порядка оценивается ими с положительной стороны, вместе с тем они отмечают в законе Саратовской области ряд пробелов и на этой основе формулируют предложения о внесении в него изменений и дополнений.
This article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of citizens' participation in maintaining the public order at the municipal level. The authors examine both federal legislation and legislation of the Saratov region in this field. Although in general the legal regulation of citizens' participation in maintaining the public order is estimated in a positive way, however, they note a number of gaps in the Saratov region law and, on this basis, formulate proposals for modifications and supplements.
