Аннотация
В статье охарактеризованы современные зарубежные методики допроса, направленные на проверку достоверности информации по уголовному делу. Основываясь на анализе различных аспектов применения рассматриваемых методик, автор делает вывод о целесообразности обсуждения в отечественной криминалистической науке соответствующих методов в целях определения перспектив и возможностей внедрения последних в практику уголовного судопроизводства России.
